We achieve the goals and expectations of our customers through the prevention of non-conformances and incoming inspection, including dimensional, visual and certification inspection. This system uses an industry approved sampling plan and regularly calibrated inspection equipment. Through our supply chain management system, we monitor our approved vendors to ensure on-time delivery and quality products. All non-conforming products are condemned and returned to the vendor or manufacturer for replacements.
